By using the IL Solar Deals website, operated by Select Prospects LLC, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

IL Solar Deals is a free service that connects Illinois homeowners with solar installers and related partners. We are not a solar installer, lender, utility or government program, and we are not affiliated with ComEd, Ameren Illinois, the Illinois Power Agency or Illinois Shines.

When you submit a quote request, you authorize us and the partners named in the consent language on our form to contact you about your request by phone, text message or email, including through automated technology and prerecorded messages, even if your number is on a do-not-call list. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may revoke consent at any time, for example by replying STOP to a text.

You are never obligated to accept a quote or buy anything.

• Provide accurate information about yourself and your home
• Submit requests only for a home you own or are authorized to act for
• Use the site only for lawful purposes and do not attempt to interfere with it

Installers and partners are independent businesses. Any agreement you make is between you and that business, and we are not responsible for their products, work or statements. Before signing, verify licensing and insurance, review the Illinois Shines disclosure form where applicable, and read your contract carefully.

Content about incentives, rebates, net metering, tax credits and savings is general information, not legal, tax or financial advice. Programs change and eligibility varies, and we do not guarantee any savings or incentive amount.

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Select Prospects LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or any services obtained from installers or partners.

Site content, including text, graphics and logos, belongs to Select Prospects LLC and may not be copied without permission.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept them.

These terms are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
